Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a hair curler which can finish the curl of hair as expected by applying suitable moisture to hair.
CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of a curler 8 constituted by forming a cylindrical water retentive layer 12, water retaining capacity near the center of which is higher than that of an end face, on the outside face and embedding a metallic core 10 inside, and a heater for heating the water retentive layer 12 by generating heat at the core 10.
