Abstract:
PURPOSE: To monitor always the conditions inside a coal gasification oven without widening an opening of its wall.
CONSTITUTION: A cooling water, a, purge gas and a pressure-equalizing gas are fed from a mounting part 41 in a pressure vessel 3 through a cooling water passage, a purge gas passage and a pressure-equalizing gas passage in flexible pipes 13, 20 and 23 to a cooling means, a purging means and a sealing means in a protective cylinder 27, whereby a fiber part 12 can be cooled and can be made usable even the inside of an oven 1 is at high temperature; and an oven wall pipe 26 is connected to the pressure vessel 3 through the flexible pipes 13, 20 and 23, whereby they can be made resistant to a change in temperature; the inflow and outflow of gases inside the oven 3 can be prevented by sealing with a pressure-equalizing gas; and the surface of a heat-insulating means is cleaned with a purge gas, whereby the conditions inside the oven 1 can always be exactly grasped.
