PURPOSE: To provide a noodle-storing apparatus capable of storing noodle in a container in spiral shape free from breakage of the noodle.

CONSTITUTION: This noodle-storing apparatus is composed of a container-driving device 3 for horizontally rotating a noodle container 2 for noodle, a noodle- guiding roller 4 horizontally movable from center to periphery of the noodle container 2 above the container 2 and rotatable around a horizontal shaft, a rotationally driving device 5 for the roller 4 and a roller-transferring device 6 for moving the roller from center to periphery above the noodle container. The noodle-storing apparatus is further provided with a controlling means for rotational speed of the noodle container and/or transferring speed of the roller fitting on the position of the roller. The moving speed of a spot of the noodle container and the noodle-delivering speed for the spot are made identical to each other by virtue of the controller.
