Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the adjustment of an optical axis and to detect a signal to be detected accurately by separating an optical system into a movable part and a fixed part, and providing an adjusting mechanism, wherein only a driving mechanism for correcting the deviation of a focal point and the deviation of a track is made to be the movable part.
CONSTITUTION: An optical-system attaching stage 9 is held in a movable part 7 of an adjusting stage with plate springs 10 (10a-10d) and adjusting screws 11 (11a-11d). At this time, the movement in the direction in the axis Z is performed with the adjusting screw 11-d for every movable part 7 of the adjusting stage. The movement in the direction of the axis X is performed with the adjusting screw 11-a. The rotation around the axis Z is performed with the adjusting screw 11-b, and the rotation around the axis X is performed with the adjusting screw 11-c. At this time, the attitudes of the other axes are not changed by the movement of one axis. Therefore, the movements of all four axes are performed without mutual interference.
