PURPOSE: To feed raw materials one by one in a stable posture to a target portion.

CONSTITUTION: There is formed a transferring part 20 which is provided with a down inclined surface toward the second conveyer 15 between the first conveyer 10 and the second conveyer 15 which carries raw materials A upper than the first conveyer 10. A stopper 22 which can adjust a receiving position of the materials A is projectingly formed in the inclined surface of the transferring part 20 before the passing position of the raw material receiving piece 16 of the second conveyer 15. There is formed a material feed mechanism 26 which pushes up only one of the materials A received by a stopper 22 from the lower part of the inclined surface to the receiving position of the stopper 22 by a linear actuator 27 and transfers it to the raw material receiving piece 16 of the conveyer 15, and which is provided with a material pushing-up piece 28 which can move vertically. It, is thus possible to prevent interference with the next process operation at a target material receiving part, because raw materials are transferred and carried one by one at a transferring part to the second conveyer securely.
