CONSTITUTION: A multi-stage parking building is jointed to the ground level by vertically superimposed connection ways 5a in the multi-stage parking building having parking floors in respective floors. And a car-placing space having a horizontal transfer function and a turn table function for cars is arranged at the edge in the multi-stage parking building side at least at one side of the way.
