CONSTITUTION: A charging system for a storage battery of a ropeway carrier to charge the battery 15 placed in the carrier 2 to be fed by a ropeway comprises a charge connector 13 connected to the battery 15 mounted on an outer surface of the carrier 2, an electric power supply element 43 provided in a stop 30 disposed on the way of the ropeway to be brought into contact with the connector 13 while the carrier 2 is moved in the stop 30, and a power supply connected to the element 43.
