PURPOSE: To obtain a small-sized inexpensive power supply circuit constituted so as to be capable of correcting an output current or output voltage only by applying simple processing at the time of the mounting of a circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The pads 9a-9c connected corresponding to the respective bases of correction transistor 3a-3c and the wires 11a-11b connecting the pads 9a-9c and lead electrodes 10a-10c in a cuttable state are provided. By selectively cutting the wires 11a-11c, the ON/OFF possible state of the correction transistor corresponding to the selected cut wire is changed over. By this constitution, when the selected correction transistor is turned on, a correction current flows in addition to the output current due to a main output transistor 4 and the output current is corrected.
