Abstract:
PURPOSE: To kill insect pests and various germs in the soil with light and heat by monolithically attaching a flame thrower to a rotary in which only the above-ground part is tightly sealed and thermally insulated and blowing hot air onto the rotating soil.
CONSTITUTION: A flame thrower is monolithically attached to a rotary and drawn by a tractor, etc., while sterilizing the soil. Flame injected through the flame injection hole 1 is trapped in the rotary and the temperature in the rotating rotary is allowed to rise up to ≥60°C.
