Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the writing characteristic in a coordinate input state by facilitating the control of the spacer shape.
CONSTITUTION: A spacer is provided between a pair of plane electrodes 13 and 19 to secure a space between these electrodes in a coordinate input device. The spacer uses an insulated sheet 15 and has a hole 15a where the contact is secured between both electrodes 13 and 19. It is desirable to form the hole 15a by an etching or machining. Furthermore the hole 15a can be partly formed to the sheet 15.
