Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the adhesive strength as an adhesive while securing the continuety between electrodes at the level of the conventional structure, and to reduce the number of conductive particles or a conductive resin in an anisotropic conductive membrane so as to realize a low cost, by providing an anisotropic adhesive membrane including the conductive particles or the conductive resin only at both ends of the adhesive membrane.

CONSTITUTION: In an anisotropic membrane composed to use conductive particles or a conductive resin so as to continue an electrode and an electrode, there is an adhesive membrane 6 which has no anisotropy at the center, while adhesive membranes 7 including the conductive particles or the conductive resin 5 to give the anisotropy are provided at both ends, and furthermore, the using amount of the conductive particles or the conductive resin 5 in the anisotropic membranes has been reduced.
