PURPOSE: To manufacture a laminate sheet for packaging to be formed as a closed bag having the position of easy openability not limited to the given position and without the necessity of conforming the directional properties of strength of a packaging material to the running direction of torn channels formed for the purpose of getting easy openability.

CONSTITUTION: A laminate sheet 1 for packaging provided with a a substrate 2 composed of a thermoplastic resin film having a fragile area composed of a number of torn channels 4 and a thermoplastic resin layer 5 press laminated on the substrate 2 is manufactured in the subject method.
