PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a concrete plate having many recesses in which one form is sufficient, attaching of the form is easy, and a sufficient product can be easily obtained.
CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a concrete plate having many recesses comprises the steps of laying an edge-cut material 15a on a board 10 having a flat upper surface, arranging a form 31A on the material of the board, arranging reinforcing bars in the form, then placing concrete C1, flattening an upper surface of the concrete C1, then placing a heavy form 20 on the form 31A, pushing protrusions 24 of a lower surface of the form 20 to the upper surface of the concrete C1, and then removing the form after the concrete C1 is cured to certain degree. Forms are sequentially superposed and arranged on the form 31A, and the same operation is repeated. Thus, the protrusions of the form can be pushed to the upper surface of the concrete by weight of the form, molding is facilitated, and many concrete plates can be manufactured by the one form.
