PURPOSE: To provide a water box for flower plant transport which can keep the freshness of flow or plants, by which an easily handled transport is made possible, the manufacturing cost of which is cheap, and which is designed not to become refuse after the usage.
CONSTITUTION: A water box 20 is constituted of a container 1 on which a water overflow hole 2 and a single-handedly holding type handle 3A are provided and a container lid 7 on which an incision 8 is provided. By setting the water overflow hole 2 at a specified height depending on the type of flower plants, a minimum necessity of water can be put in the water box, and the heavy transport can be eliminated. When a flower plant 10 is inserted in the incision 8, the split pieces 9a are pushed to be opened, and support the flower plant stably. The material of the water box 20 is a thick paper on which a water repellent finish is applied, and it is advantageous in the fields of cost and refuse disposal, etc.
