Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to maintain excellent magnetic properties, such as magnetic saturation and what is more, enhance stability and inhibit oxidation deterioration and hold excellent magnetic properties for a long time and facilitate manufacturing as well.
CONSTITUTION: A thin film layer is installed to the particle surface of metal powder mainly composed of iron, thereby constituting ferromagnetic metal powder where the thin film layer comprises at least a non-soluble complex including the metal elements of the particles and each element of nitrogen, carbon and oxygen.
