PURPOSE: To obtain a prestressed composite board which has a good aseismatic property and can weld a steel plate by installing stud connectors on the surface of the steel plate which is to be a strength member and a form to have a bidirectional shear transmission function, placing concrete, etc., giving tension to the steel plate, and removing the tension after setting.
CONSTITUTION: A lot of stud connectors 2 are welded on the surface of a flat steel plate 1 which is to be a strength member and a form at regular intervals in the longitudinal and lateral directions, and a wedge type antiskid anchor 3 is welded at the end of the steel plate 1. Main reinforcement 4 which is framed into a grid is arranged just above the steel plate 1 keeping a constant distance between them. With the steel plate 1 and the main reinforcement 4 given tension in the longitudinal and lateral directions, mortar, concrete, and others are placed on the steel plate 1 so that the main reinforcement 4 is located above the layer of concrete or something else. The tension applied to the steel plate 1 and the main reinforcement 4 is removed after setting, and prestress is introduced to the concrete, etc.
