PURPOSE: To provide a molding method which can shorten extremely molding time and its molder by a method wherein a thermoplastic resin sheet and thermoformed felt are integrally molded by cold press molding.

CONSTITUTION: Thermoformed felt in a heated softened state and a thermoplastic resin sheet are set in this order on a mold face of a cold press molding bottom force. The thermoplastic resin sheet and the thermoformed felt are press molded by mold clamping with cold press molding top and bottom forces 30, 40. By supplying cooling air through a blowing pipe 31 which juts out from the face of the bottom force 30 and bites into the thermoformed felt in addition thereto, circulation of the cooling air into the thermoformed felt is hastened, and besides cooling of the thermoplastic resin sheet can be accelerated.
