Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably vaporize a volatile liquid irrespective of changes in atmospheric pressure, atmospheric temp., volatile liquid temp., etc.
CONSTITUTION: A container 2 to contain volatile liquid 1 is provided with a small hole filled with a porous packing 3 on the bottom and a capillary 6 extending to the opening 5 of the container 2 so that the volatile liquid 1 can stably be permeated from the container 2. By mounting the container 2 on a porous plate 8, the volatile liquid 1 exudes through the small hole 4 to be vaporized over the entire plate 8.
