PURPOSE: To improve the operability of a measuring device by forming a list of measuring conditions to be set in a measuring device easy to be seen.

CONSTITUTION: A measuring device is provided with a storing means 5 for storing the measuring conditions of plural articles, a wiring and deleting means 6 for performing the writing to the storing means 5 and for deleting the stored content, a reading means 7 for reading out a list of plural articles stored in the storing means 5, a display means 12 for displaying the list read out by the reading means 7, a coordinating means 8 for coordinating the list, which is read out by the reading means 7, with a predetermined arranging method such as a method for putting close to the upper, a method for putting close to the lower and a method for making a group, and a renewing means 9 for renewing the list, which is stored in the storing means 5 before the coordination, to the list after the arranging. The arranged list is displayed in an image plane.
