PURPOSE: To make it possible to open a sealed bag easily by the force of fingers without spoiling the strength of the bag in the practical use by providing a large number of scars at the non-welded end edge at the outer edge of the heat-sealed part for a sealed bag which is made by welding a film.

CONSTITUTION: For a sealed bag made of a plastic film or laminated film, etc., of a plastic and a metal such as aluminum foil, etc., or paper, etc., with a form of 3-way sealed type, 4-way sealed type, etc., for which the outer edge part is heat-sealed at a longitudinal welded part 5 and lateral welded part 6, a scar group A made of a large number of scars 1 is provided at the end edge of a non-welded part B at the outer edge of a welded part 5. Each scar 1 is made to have a narrow long shape of which the length is longer than the width, and the length is made to be, e.g. not more than 0.5mm and not less than 0.1mm, and the scars l are arranged in the crossing direction to the end edge line 2. Also, the tips 3, 4 of the scar 1 are made to be an acute angle, and a tear shall be generated at those areas. By this method, when a tearing force is added to the end edge line 2, the end edge of the bag starts being torn from the scar 1 part, and the opening of the bag becomes easier.
