Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery method by which, from a gaseous mixture consisting of condensable gas and incondensable gas, for example, used as electrical insulating gas or the like, the condensable gas can be completely recovered, and a recovery device using this recovery method.
SOLUTION: This gas recovery method uses a condensable gas separator 100 provided with a gas compressor 103, gaseous mixture separators 200a, 200b each packed with adsorbent and provided with a gas cooler, and an evacuator 207. And the method consists of a first process for introducing a gaseous mixture which is highly pressurized into the gaseous mixture separators 200a, 200b, a second process for, while incondensable gas in the gaseous mixture is adsorbed by an adsorption bed, liquefying the condensable gas by the gas cooler to recover it, and a third process for discharging the incondensable gas from the adsorption bed in a low pressure state in which the gaseous mixture separators 200a, 200b have been evacuated by the evacuator 207.
