Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily and securely attach and detach a pipe to or from a tank and the like and greatly enhance the working efficiency by a method wherein there are provided a cylindrical inserting part having an annular projection formed at an outer circumference near its extremity end and a cylindrical receptacle port. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a cylindrical inserting part 3 having an annular projection 1 at an outer circumference near its extremity end, and a cylindrical receptacle port 6 having the same inner diameter as an outer diameter of the inserting part 3, formed with a window hole 5 at its circumferential wall and further a step part 4b at an inner surface of a circumferential wall to which the annular projection 1 of the inserting part 3 is abutted. There are provided two arcuate legs 7 fitted to project from the window hole 5 inwardly and having inner surfaces 7a of inclined surfaces expanded toward the insertion part of the inserting part 3, and a stopper 10 made of resilient material having a head part integrally formed between the end portions of the arcuate legs 7. With such an arrangement as mentioned above the pipe is removably fixed to a tank and the like through the inserting part 3 and the receptacle port 6.
