Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a mistake, in which a delivery slip is prepared doubly, in a system, in which the delivery slip is written out from a gift application.

CONSTITUTION: The image of a gift application 10 is read by an image input device 52, and a delivery slip is prepared by a printer 56. Processed marks (such as a 'settled' mark, a processing date, an operator, a device number, etc.) are inscribed to the gift application 10, in which the delivery slip is written out, by a processed mark inscriber 66. A processor 50 does not prepare the delivery slip to the gift application, to which processed marks are entered.
