Abstract:
PURPOSE:To maintain productivity and suppress addition to weight by forming a buffer of a board material having two pieces as one body, which buffer is disposed in a fuel tank to prevent liquid noise, and providing the fuel tank with bonding end parts raised from their respective pieces. CONSTITUTION:A buffer 12 is disposed in a fuel tank 10 on a vehicle to prevent or suppress liquid noise. The buffer 12 consists of a board material and has a first piece 16 and a second piece 18 as one body, which pieces 16, 18 extend almost horizontally from a folding axis line 14 and extend downward folded along the line 14, respectively. The buffer 12 is installed in the fuel tank 10 by a bonding end part 22 and a bonding end part 26 or 30. The end part 22 is installed on the side part of the piece 16 on the opposite side of the axis line 14, the end part 26 is raised from the piece 18 by notching the piece 16, and the end part 30 is raised from the piece 18 by notching the piece 18.
