PURPOSE: To perform rinsing and removal of water after washing and to perform washing of hands in a microgravity space by a method wherein a shower nozzle of a water feeding means is arranged at an acute angle with the surfaces of hands inserted through hand insertion ports.
CONSTITUTION: When hands are inserted through hand insertion ports A2 and A2, insertion of the hands is sensed by a sensing means 3 and a set amount of shower water is discharged to the whole of the hands through a shower nozzle 1a. Thereafter, a set amount of water soap is discharged through the nozzle 2a of a water soap feeding means 2. With this state, hand rubbing operation is effected to wash hands and thereafter, shower water in a quantity larger than a quantity of prewashing discharge water is discharged over the whole of the hands through a shower nozzle 1a. With this state, hand rubbing operation bubbles adhered to the hands are rinsed and by setting the angle of a discharge direction of shower water with the surface of the hand to an acute angle, water is vigorously jumped back from the hands and reliably removed. Water drips removed and floating in a hand washing chamber A are recovered to an exhaust gas recovery part 5c of an exhaust gas recovery chamber C by means of an air flow for recovery from an air feed chamber B.
