Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a production method of a cellular reflecting sheet having excellent weather resistance by which adhesion strength between a protective film and interfaces of connecting walls can be improved.
CONSTITUTION: The cellular reflecting sheet is produced by forming a binder layer 3 in which glass beads 1 coated with a metal vapor deposition film are embedded, and applying a light-transmitting protective film 5 on exposed glass beads 1, and thermally deforming a part of the binder layer 3 under heat and presssure to adhere the binder layer 3 to the protective film. In this method, the binder layer 3 contains 1-20wt.% solvent just before the thermal deformation.
