Abstract:
PURPOSE: To set a proper rated load curve which is easy for an operator to understand and where differences in the horizontal extending amount of respective outrigger jacks are considered, and facilitate calculation of a load factor.
CONSTITUTION: In the complete periphery rated load calculating means 24, the first rated load W01 for the front and rear direction and the second rated load W02 based on front and rear outrigger jack extending conditions are calculated. Based on these rated load and respective outrigger jack extending conditions, the inflection angle of the rated load curve is calculated, and the final rated load curve Wo=f(θ) which continues from the inflection angle to the complete periphery is set. A load factor is calculated by a load factor calculating means by using the calculated rated load to perform the safety operation based on the calculated value.
