Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simultaneously produce a siding board of high quality in large quantities inexpensively and efficiently within a short time with extremely high productivity.

CONSTITUTION: A resin foamable material 2 is supplied to the rear surface of a siding material processed into an appropreate predetermined shape and a sheet like material 3 is fixed to the resin foamable material 2. The siding material 1, the resin foamable material 2 and the sheet like material 3 are together introduced into a vacuum region held to required temp. and the resin foamable material 2 is foamed in the vacuum region to fill the space part between the rear of the siding material and the rear of the sheet like material in a foamed and cured state.
