Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain high conductivity, favorable film forming properties and leak tightness even at room temperature by making a macromolecular compound, which contains the repeated unit expressed by a specified formula, contain an aprotic polar solvent and metallic ion salt belonging to the specified periodic table. CONSTITUTION:A macromolecular compound, which contains the repeated unit expressed by the formula I, contains an aprotic polar solvent and salt of metallic ion belonging to group Ia or IIa in the periodic table, and this is constituted into a film by heating method. In the formula I, R1 shows a hydrogen atom, a low level alkyl group, a cyano group, or a chlorine atom, and R2 shows an alkyl group including methyl, ethyl, propyl, and butyl, an alkenyl group, an aryl group, or an aralkyl group. X shows the formula II, and R3 shows an hydrogen atom, or alkyl group containing methyl, ethyl, propyl and butyl, and L shows an alkylene group. Here, (a) is 0 or 1, and (m) is the integer of 0 to 5.
