When the signals are transmitted by the prescribed transmission system, the tuned broadcasting signals S2 are outputted as they are and, therefore, the danger of hardly observing pictures by the output of the broadcasting signals S2 in the transmission system different from the prescribed transmission system is effectively avoided.
