CONSTITUTION: A shaft 1 has an outer peripheral surface on which an adjusting screw 7 is formed for holding a device frame 50 movably in vertical directions. A pan 10 is composed of a bowl-like shaft positioning surface 11 which holds a grounding surface 2 of the shaft 1 from the lower side and an outer peripheral wall 15 which surrounds the surface 11. An adapter 20 has a female screw 21 corresponding to the adjusting screw 7 on its inner peripheral part, and a male screw 22 corresponding to a female screw 13 formed on the outer peripheral wall 15 of the pan 10 in its outer peripheral part 20.
