Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a composite sheet with deep drawing properties as good as those of conventional thermoplastic resin.
CONSTITUTION: A composite sheet S for thermoforming is formed by laminating alternately two fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheets 1 and three pieces of thermoplastic resin sheets 2 with one resin sheet 2 as a center, and the maximum tensile load of the resin sheet 2 in a given temperature zone at the time of thermoforming is set larger than the maximum tensile loading of the reinforced sheet 1.
