CONSTITUTION: In a lower coping 4 having a lower coping member 4a provided through a bracket 5 fixed to the lower end part positioned higher than the ground of a building skeleton 1, the lower coping member 4a is arranged so as to be protruded on the outdoor side of the building skeleton 1. A plurality of fixing parts 10 are integrally formed on the indoor-side upper and lower parts of the lower coping member 4a, and locking parts corresponding to the fixing parts 10 are formed on the bracket 5. The fixing parts 10 of the lower coping member 4a are fixed to the locking parts of the bracket 5 by small screws or bolts.
