PURPOSE: To obtain a composition having good fluidity and elongation capable of providing a molding excellent in delamination resistance by blending a vinyl chloride resin capable of reacting with an epoxy group with a modified olefin based polymer.

CONSTITUTION: (A) A vinyl chloride resin having a functional group capable of reacting with an epoxy group is blended with (B) a modified olefin based polymer containing one structural unit having one or more reactive groups selected from amide, glycidyloxy and glycidyl based on 2-1000 recurring units of olefin. 5-98 pts.wt. components A is blended with 95-2 pts.wt. component B. The component B is an olefin based resin modified with a compound of the formula (Ar is 6-23C aromatic hydrocarbon having one or more reactive groups selected from glycidyloxy and glycidyl; R is H or methyl).
