Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily perform work for square cloth of large area with light work and in a short time by one worker, by providing a holding device which detects and holds each suspending edge part of the square cloth supported with a supporting device, and a controller for a driving device which performs the advance/retreat, elevation, and movement in the right and left directions of each holding device.
CONSTITUTION: The one side edge part of cloth is suspended on the right and left sides in a state sandwiched between sandwiching devices 24 by one worker. Then, an expansion cylinder 28 is expanded, and each suspension edge part Ya is edged out. A suspension edge part detector detects the fact, and sends a signal to the controller. Then, each holding device 3 sandwiches and holds the lover terminal part Yb of the suspension edge part, and changes posture facing sideways, and moves it, and also, the sandwiching of the sandwiching device 24 of the supporting device 2 is released, then, the square cloth is supported in a developed state. The amount of travel toward outside of right and left driving devices 6 is controlled by an inverter by computing by the controller based on the downward moving range of the holding device 3 which holds the lover terminal part Yb of the suspension edge part.
