PURPOSE: To make it possible to operate the basket goal to fold and to expand not by an electrical driving device and hydraulic device but by pure mechanical operations.

CONSTITUTION: A strut 6 is freely turnably supported and connected to a base plate 3 and an expandable first spring 35 is connected between a base part 30 of this strut 6 and the base plate 3 via a shaft part 31 existing lower than the supporting point 5 of the strut 6. In addition, the one end of a cable 38 is connected to the base part 30 of the strut 6 and an expandable second spring 40 is connected between the other end of the cable 38 and the base plate 3 and an arm 8 is freely turnably connected by a shaft 9 to the strut 6. A back board 10 is connected by a shaft 11 to one end of the arm 8 and a goal ring 12 is orthogonally fixed to this back board 10. In addition, one end of a stay 24 is supported and connected to the other end of the arm 8 movably by means of a screw collar 21 engaging with a screw rod 20 which is rotated by a handle 22. The other end of the stay 24 is supported and connected to the base plate 3.
