Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain insulation of voltage receiving member with metal ions diffusing into an unaerobic bonding agent from the metal surface and the hardened unaerobic agent becoming sealing agent by housing the voltage receiving member in the housing space of a case and thereafter supplying unaerobic bonding agent into the housing space. CONSTITUTION:A voltage receiving member 11 is housed in the housing space 4, a metal board 19 is engaged with the rear end of case 1 shielding the end opening of housing space 4 and unaerobic bonding agent 20 is supplied into the housing space 4 from a cylindrical portion 17. A lead wire 21 is inserted to the cylindrical portion 17 engaging with the stylus terminal 15 of terminal block 14 and thereby the opening of cylindrical portion 17 is covered. Therefore, the unaerobic bonding agent 20 is shielded from the air in the housing space 4 and the metal ion of metal material diffuses into the unaerobic bonding agent 20 and reacts with it, starting the hardening. Thereby, preprocessing such as mixing is unnecessary before the supply and a number of processes can be reduced. In addition, generation of bubble can be eliminated at the time of stirring and excellent insulation properties can be attained.
