Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide stable power recovery not affected by operating conditions by effectively preventing a generator from loss of synchronism at the time of low load operation. CONSTITUTION:There are provided an ordinary running mode execution process which controls only the output of a steam turbine 2, taking the preset generated power of a generator 3 as a target value, and a steam turbine output judgment process which judges if the output of the steam turbine 2 has reached low reference level higher than minimum reference level. There is also provided a low load running mode execution process which controls so as to restrain the output of an expansion turbine 1, taking the preset generated power of the generator 3 as a target value when it is judged by the steam turbine output judgment process that the output of the steam turbine 2 has reached the low reference level.
