Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten 1 sweep conversion time without degrading bearing resolutions.
CONSTITUTION: In the writing of a sweep data to radar video frame memory, a writing address (X, Y) is generated based on formulas X=XE-R×cos θand Y=YE-R×sin θ and a coordinate transformation is performed toward a center part (XS, YS) from peripheral part (XE, YE) of a radar image. The operation is switched over to a high speed writing from a point in time where a multiple writing occurs. In the formulas, R represents the distance and θthe bearing.
