Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a rotary cutting device from which blade bodies do not fly out because the blade bodies are firmly installed, and, adjustment of blade- protrusion can easily be performed.
CONSTITUTION: The back faces of blade bodies 3 are brought into contact with one of the side walls 8 of recessed grooves 2 provided on circumferential parts of a metal bed 1 and the blade edges 9 are made to protrude from the circumferential parts of the metal bed 1, and at the same time, the back seats 4 of the blade bodies 3 that are placed along the sides of the blade bodies 3 are contained in the recessed grooves 2, and tapped holes 5 that penetrate the other side walls of the recessed grooves 2 and the circumferential parts of the metal bed 1 are provided, and fixing screw bodies 6 provided with ball retaining parts 17 which fix the blade bodies 3 by containing the face of the back seats 4 at the tips are screwed into the tapped holes 5.
