PURPOSE: To prevent the adhesion of mud material to the heating surface of a pressurizing plate by heating the pressurizing plate with heaters, detecting the temp. of the pressurizing plate, controlling the supply of electric power to the heaters and controlling the temp. of the pressurizing plate within a prescribed range.
CONSTITUTION: A mud material pressurizing device 1 is composed of the pressurizing plate 3 and frame 2 and the heaters 4 surrounded with thermal insulating materials 6 are arranged on the rear side of the pressurizing plate 3. Plural thermocouples 7 are adjacently provided to the heaters 4, the temp. of the pressurizing plate 3 is detected and the power source of heater is controlled so that the temp. of the pressurizing plate 3 is maintained within the prescribed temp. range. The mud material is generally kneaded at a temp. from the kneading temp. to 80°C. Then, when the temp. of the pressurizing plate 3 is maintained at a temp. higher than the kneading temp., the surface of the mud material in contact with the pressurizing plate 3 at the time of pressurizing becomes higher than the kneading temp., softened than the mud material in the interior and adhesion to the pressurizing plate 3 is decreased than the bond strength between mutual mud material in the interior. Thus, the mud material does not adhere to the pressurizing surface.
