PURPOSE: To remove mixed particles effectively while reducing the clogging of a filter.
CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal separater 81 is provided with a main body casing 85, an inflow pipe 87, an outflow pipe 91 and a mixed particles removing unit 93. The outflow pipe 91 is constituted so that whose inner end is provided with an ice grain removing filter 89. and is opened at the central part of the inside of the main body casing 85 to guide cold accumulating material in the main body casing 85 into an overcooling producing heat exchanger at the downstream side of cold accumulating material. Particles, mixed into the cold accumulating material, are separated by a centrifugal force and are prevented from invading into an ice grain removing filter 89. The cold accumulating material is ascended and flows out of the outflow pipe 91 of the cold accumulating material, however, the ice particles are prevented from flowing to the downstream side by the ice grain removing filter 89.
