Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately perform horsepower control, by providing a pressurizing piston, opposed to a plunger, eccentrically with respect to a swash plate tilting axis and applying a pump delivery pressure acting on the pressurizing piston and a pressure, which correlates to the delivery pressure, acting on the plunger. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 11 presses back a swash plate 5 from its reverse side so as to be opposed to moment of a pressurizing piston 8 which tilts the swash plate 5, and the plunger 11 is arranged in the outside in the radial direction from a point, where a load of the pressurizing piston 8 is applied acting, with respect to a tilting axis 10. Each piston 3, brought into slide contact with the swash plate 5, performs suction and delivery actions by rotating a pump shaft 1, and a pump generates a delivery pressure P acting on the pressurizing piston 8 and a control pressure Pc, reducing the delivery pressure, acting on the plunger 11. Accordingly, the pump, providing a proper relation of the delivery pressure to the delivery amount, enables an accurate control of fixed horsepower to be attained.
