Abstract:
PURPOSE: To execute efficient marking of normal letters and large patterns at high speed in a laser beam marking equipment under a one-letter marking system.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of laser beam shaping parts 19, 20 and an optical path switching part to selectively guide the laser beam 12 to either of the laser beam shaping parts. For the normal letters and numerical figures, the laser beam 12 is shaped to the minimum shape by the laser beam shaping part 19, and marking is executed at high speed. For larger patterns, marking is executed by shaping the laser beam 12 to a larger shape. This switching is realized by achieving the rotational control of rotary mirror 21, 22.
