Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a ramjet which blocks and releases a port cover according to a specified way and always obtains specified thrust.
CONSTITUTION: A cover removing explosive 9 is arranged on an outer side of an air extraction pipe 7, which explosive 9 is ignited following the combustion of a booster propellant 2. A cover striking body 13 is arranged in the air extraction pipe 7, which striking body 13 strikes a port cover 8 for removing it from a port 3a by high-pressure gas generated at the time of explosion of the cover removing explosive 9.
