CONSTITUTION: When an image processor 100 takes the hard copy of the image read from an original 103, it fills the digital additional information of the size for which a general user can not identify in apperance in the image of the original 103 and performs the processing to print and output it. The additional information to be filled in a hard copy 106 is composed of the information on whether it is a confidential docement or not, what number the copy is from an original original and by whom and when it is copied, etc. When processors 100, 101,... prepare hard copies based on the image information provided with the image data to be outputted from each source, they fill the additional information within the hard copy and transmits additional information to the controller 200 via a line 105.
