PURPOSE: To enable to measure internal fat by measuring blood pressure obtained by pressing artery at the wrist parts and blocking circulation of blood by the cuff band and also by combining a height/weight data with a result of measurement of human body impedence with an electrode device placed on the back sides of hands of wrist parts of cuff bands.

CONSTITUTION: The cuff band 10 has a part pressing artery, winding part and a fastener part and electrode 14 is equipped on the inner side of each winding part, in other word, placed on the side of back of hand of wrist part. Then, the cuff bands 10 are placed at both wrists with a lead wire 16 connected to a measuring part of human body impedance 21 and the measuring data are stored in a controlling measure 30. The blood pressure data are also stored in the controlling measure 30. The height/weight data are stored, through an input interface 38, in the controlling measure 30. As a result of these operation, internal fat can be measured by combining these data.
