Abstract:
PURPOSE: To feed seedlings without fail by detecting decrease of seedlings on the seedling-retaining plate by right and left sensors and starting supply of seedlings on the spare seedling-retaining plate.
CONSTITUTION: If decrease of seedlings on the descending seedling-retaining plate 5 is detected by right and left sensors 27 and 28, supply of seedlings restored on the spare seedling-retaining plate 23 is started. Misdetection due to projection of the bed soil or crumbling of the bed soil caused by incomplete growth of the roots can be prevented.
