Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a reservoir bag assembly for the vein, with which the air is easily handled so as to simply use the assembly, and which can precisely analyze an internal volume, by incorporating a reservoir bag and a plate for supporting the reservoir bag in the assembly. CONSTITUTION: A reservoir bag assembly 10 for the vein is provided therein with a reservoir bag 12 for the vein, and a bag plate 14 for supporting the reservoir bag. The bag plate 14 is seated on a support assembly between a rear plate 16 and a front plate 18 which is coupled to the rear plate 16 through the intermediary of a pair of short arms 20 and a long arm 22. The arms 20, 22 are attached to the rear plate 16 at their rear ends, and are attached to the front plate 18 at their front ends. A maximum distance between the rear plate 16 and the front plate 18 is set by a nut 24 which is threadely engaged with a member 26 mounted on a pivot shaft 28 so as to be pivotable around the shaft 28 which is supported by the rear plate 16. Further, the nut 24 is engaged with an edge of a slot 30 in the front plate 18 so as to serve as a stopper.
