Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an efficient board tester system without using any compli cated costly accessory device or the like.
CONSTITUTION: This system has a plurality of fixture device 2 mounted on a board tester 3 with a plurality of boards 1 kept mounted, a connector device 3c for connecting signal lines between boards 1 and the board tester 3 and the board tester 3 which performs a testing of an electronic circuit on the boards 1 continuously through the fixture device 2 and the connector device 3c.
